GUIDELINES TO PAPER PRESENTATION
The abstract for the papers has to be submitted on or before 25th August 2024.
Potential/prospective/aspiring authors are expected to follow APA guidelines for all paper presentations. Each paper has a limit of 6 pages. Full text papers with tables, figures and references should be submitted to gscedu.in@gmail.com
All submitted work has to be original and previously unpublished or considered for publication elsewhere.
Oral presentation: All oral presentations will be given 15 minutes, inclusive of 5 minutes for questions and clarifications. Participants are expected to come prepared with their presentations either on their laptops or in a pen drive. A volunteer will be assigned to help with starting the presentations. Oral presentation has to be done either by the author or the co-author.
Poster presentation: The maximum size of the posters should be 3ft x 4ft. You are requested to set up your posters inthe assigned space before the ceremony commencement and remove it by the end of the day. It will be on display. At the allotted time for poster presentation, the author or co-author is expected to be there for any further discussions or clarifications.
Upon approval and confirmation of the conference committee, the organization/technology committee will conduct a test run, closer to the conference date. Participants are requested to be prepared and co-operate for the same. Specific instructions and the settings on how to connect on the day of presentation will be given at that time. The following materials should be kept ready:
1. Laptop/ Desktop with webcam and headset/earplugs
2. Adequate internet facility
3. Updated application program (eg, Teams, Zoom, etc)
4. Professional background
1. All Author’s and Co-author’s must take prior permission from their respective organization/institution to present/attend the conference.
2. All papers submitted to the conference must be the original work of the author and presented/published elsewhere.
3. All participants both presenting and attending are expected to register within the said dates for registration of the conference.
4. The organization committee may not accept papers submitted after the last date of registration.
5. The organizers have the right to accept or reject papers that have been submitted after the review by the editorial board of the conference.
6. Due credit needs to be given to authors while referencing. Plagiarism will be checked using appropriate plagiarism detection software.
7. Papers exceeding the plagiarism limit will not be accepted.
8. Author’s republishing their work will also be rejected.
9. All official/latest information about the conference will be posted in the conference webpage.
10. The organizer reserves the right to change certain information (like venue or date) about the conference at any given point. The participants will be informed about the same in their registered email ID.
11. The participants must bring their original Identity Cards from their Institutions.
12. During the conference, participants are expected to wear the Conference Identity Cards to help the organizers help you better.
13. The Conference organizers will not be responsible for any financial loss due to ticket cancellation or any other kind of booking that the participants have made prior to attending the conference.
14. After registration if the author decides to withdraw from attending/presenting in the conference, refund of any financial transaction will not be entertained.
15. Participants are expected to maintain decorum throughout the conference days and not engage in violence either inside or outside the venue of the conference.
